The new office space houses over 380 workstations, phone rooms, break rooms, pantry areas, high-technology conference rooms, and a welcoming lobby. Demountable partitions were installed at private offices and conferences rooms on the interior of the building, with Swinerton self-performing all drywall.?Custom light fixtures,?specialty acoustic ceilings, sound masking, and other sound management tools were installed throughout the space. The team also installed all new?MEP?and intermediate distribution framework.

Swinerton is providing general contracting services for a repeat client, transforming a single-story office building into a modern, high-tech space spanning 13,000 square feet. The renovation includes upgrades to office areas, a full kitchen and café, lobby, new restrooms, security?upgrades, wellness rooms, an outdoor patio, HVAC upgrades, and the addition of two EV chargers. Key features include a fully remodeled lobby with new doors, a custom millwork security desk, graphics package, updated finishes, and enhanced lighting, as well as expanded and reconfigured restrooms, two new all-gender restrooms, a mother’s room suite, and a wellness room. Swinerton will self-perform the drywall installation, acoustical ceiling tiles, Turf Plaid?baffles, stainless steel external canopy, and a custom stage.

Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of the firm’s new Atlanta office. Located in the city’s popular and award-winning adaptive reuse project Armour Yards, the 12,500-square-foot office features 22 private offices, 30 workstations, two flex rooms, two meeting rooms and a preconstruction room. Employee amenities include a fitness studio, wellness room and a working lounge with overhead doors to the exterior connecting to Atlanta’s famed Beltline. Natural light, biophilic elements and custom art installations complete the fully customized environment designed by MurphyMeyers.?Approximately 550 square feet of European spruce timber was sourced and fabricated by Swinerton’s affiliate company and partner Timberlab at its new Greenville, S.C. facility. With a lower carbon footprint than other materials, the timber is featured in the conference room and integrated into various desk facades throughout the office.

Swinerton provided general contracting services for the buildout of Big V Property’s new headquarters. Big V is a Charlotte-based commercial real estate company that is relocating to the South Park neighborhood. The 18,000-square foot space is located within a four-story, multi-tenant office building that Big V acquired last year and houses 45 employees. Plans call for open office space surrounded by 14 private offices, three huddle rooms, four hoteling stations, a phone room, a conference room, and a collaboration area. Employee amenities include a wellness room and a gaming/breakout area outfitted with a ping pong table and a television. Design features include a storefront glass panel system, wood architectural and suspension ceilings, wood veneer siding in the lobby area, luxury vinyl plank flooring, polished concrete, and a giant table for all-hands meetings.

Swinerton’s New York Division moved to a larger 7,500-square-foot space to accommodate the growing team as their operations continued to expand. The space includes numerous private offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and workstations while incorporating custom Swinerton branding and aesthetic nods to New York. A multipurpose lounge area functions as a break room, meeting area, and event space and incorporates the use of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) as a nod to Swinerton’s close working partnership with their subsidiary Timberlab.
