Swinerton?provided?general contracting services?for a 50,000-square-foot multi-floor fit-out for a confidential client’s office space at?Monarch Tower. The new office space houses over 380 workstations, phone rooms, break rooms, pantry areas, high-technology conference rooms, and a welcoming lobby. Demountable partitions were installed at private offices and conferences rooms on the interior of the building, with Swinerton self-performing all drywall.?Custom light fixtures,?specialty acoustic ceilings, sound masking, and other sound management tools were installed throughout the space. The team also installed all new?MEP?and intermediate distribution framework.
