Swinerton provided general contracting services for a new affordable workforce housing development located at the corner of Humboldt and Maryland Streets, within the Power Station site in San Francisco. The eight-story residential building features 105 affordable units, comprising 70 studios, 21 one-bedroom apartments, and 14 two-bedroom apartments. In addition to residential spaces, the building includes administrative offices, building support areas, cold shell retail spaces, tenant amenity rooms, rooftop amenity, and communal laundry facilities on the ground floor.
