Swinerton built out 42,000 square feet of ?rst-generation space for Austin-based software-testing company Tricentis. In addition to space for the ?rm’s executive board, specialty areas included a catering kitchen attached to the executive board room, STC-45 meeting rooms, two training rooms including dual 100”
AV displays and operable partitions, and several open area, collaboration spaces. High-end ?nishes found throughout the space included millwork and metal, ceilings with K-13 acoustic treatment, ceiling baf?es, and ?oating cloud ceilings with integral lighting.
Swinerton became engaged during schematic design. By partnering with IA and JLL in preconstruction, contracting with national trades and vendors, and leveraging the power of virtual design and construction, Swinerton helped achieve design intent while maintaining budget and schedule despite supply chain troubles.
