Swinerton’s implementation of TradeTapp is being introduced to subcontractors based in Texas first. Subcontractors in Texas can begin using TradeTapp to complete prequalification starting August 1st.

A BuildingConnected account is needed for subcontractors to submit a prequalification through TradeTapp. If the company already has an account on BuildingConnected, a new application does not need to be created for TradeTapp.
