SWINERTON ANNOUNCES NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH TRADETAPP FOR SUBCONTRACTORS IN TEXAS
TradeTapp is a free, easy-to-use, web-based prequalification and risk management software that allows vendors to submit qualification applications and general contractors to evaluate vendor risk.
TradeTapp seamlessly integrates with BuildingConnected allowing general contractors to view critical prequalification status and information when reviewing bids.
Key Details:
- A BuildingConnected account is needed for subcontractors to submit a prequalification application through TradeTapp
- If the company is already on the TradeTapp platform, only Swinerton specific documentation and information will need to be provided
- If the company already has an account on BuildingConnected, a new application does not need to be created for TradeTapp

Swinerton’s implementation of TradeTapp is being introduced to subcontractors based in Texas first. Subcontractors in Texas can begin using TradeTapp to complete prequalification starting August 1st.

NEW Swinerton Subcontractors: Please use the registration link below to start a new application.? Since you are creating an account for the first time, you can select a password of your choice.? Please enter the Tax ID without the dash or space.

If you need assistance with the questionnaire or are experiencing problems with the system; error messages, cannot advance to next page or field, or losing information, please capture a screen shot of the message or problem, if possible, and email the issue to subcontractorprequal@www.appkou.com. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
HELPFUL TIPS:
- If you receive an error message or are unable to proceed, close all Internet browsers (or start a New Session from Internet Explorer File Menu), re-open, and log back in. This usually resolves the issue.
- Adding a row on any screen may trigger a glitch. Delete the row using the “X” and Add a fresh row. This usually resolves the issue. If it does not, try tip #1, above. If you continue to experience technical issues, please call or email us at subcontractorprequal@www.appkou.com.

Your financial documents are sent to a confidential document storage folder which can only be viewed by our financial reviewer. When you reach the document upload page, enter a name/description for each document or it will not upload correctly (click on the hyperlinks below to see example documents)
Current Financial Statement
Income Statement plus Balance Sheet for your most recently completed fiscal year, full 12 months (e.g., Dec 31, March 31, June 30) – If you are a new business, and have less than 12 months of financial data, contact subcontractorprequal@www.appkou.com with this information. We will work with you and our project team to determine the best course of action.
Letter of Bondability/Bonding Capacity

Last 3 years (only last year for existing subcontractors); if you are exempt from OSHA recordkeeping, provide a statement with the reason for your exemption as your upload.
